With just one stop until WrestleMania, will anyone be able to pry the WWE Championship from the hands of Sheamus when 'Elimination Chamber' hits St. Louis MI on 21/02/10.

With WWE No Way Out now a distant memory 'WWE Elimination Chamber' takes it's place in 2010 and will see five Superstars striving to take their respective brands Championships.

On Raw Triple H, John Cena, Kofi Kingston, Randy Orton and Ted DiBiase have all earned the right to enter the demonic Elimination Chamber to challenge for Sheamus' WWE Championship, but do any of them have what it takes to claim the gold from the Celtic Warrior?

WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Match

Triple H

A look back at previous WrestleMania's should show fans that Levesque doesn't like to be left out of the limelight.

In the last 10 years The Game has main evented SIX WrestleMania events, wrestled for the 'other' World title two times and faced The Undertaker once, only failing to appear the one time at WrestleMania 23, due to injury.

However, there doesn't seem to be much going on for Triple H at the minute and if rumour of a Mania match Vs. HBK is to be believed, the title wouldn't really factor into it.

John Cena

Cena is still WWE's Golden Boy, so ruling him out of a victory in this match wouldn't be wise, no matter how many factors go against a victory for him.

All the signs seem to be pointing towards a marquee match between Cena and Batista at WrestleMania, perhaps even with Bret Hart and Vince McMahon thrown in somehow, so as with Triple H the title isn't really needed to up the hype here.

Kofi Kingston

Kingston has certainly climbed higher on the WWE ladder since last year, when he lost his space in the Elimination Chamber to Edge just seconds before the match began.

After sitting on the fringes of the Main Event, a string of great matches against Randy Orton catapulted him into the big leagues and made him a worthy entrant into this year's Chamber, but winning the title seems like it'd be a bridge too far right now.

Kingston is a shoe in for Money in the Bank at WrestleMania, so expect some high flying, innovative offence and a fairly early elimination in this match.

Ted DiBiase

Rumour has it Ted DiBiase is set for an enormous push to coincide with his father entering the Hall of Fame, so a victory in this match would fit in with that perfectly, while tearing through the fragile bonds that barely exist within Legacy.

The big question will be whether the creative team think he's ready to go from mid-carder to title holder in one fell swoop, a move that has damaged promising careers in the past.

Randy Orton

Orton Vs. DiBiase at WrestleMania is a distinct possibility, although it would be difficult to justify putting DiBiase up against his former mentor unless he already had the title in his possession.

Orton seems to have been favouring DiBiase over Rhodes recently due to Cody costing him a couple of very important matches, so this match could be the catalyst that moves Ted into the bad books and brings Cody back under The Viper's wing.

A victory for the Legend Killer here is possible, but seems less likely than some of the other options available.

Sheamus

The Celtic Warrior shocked the world when he took the WWE Championship from John Cena at TLC and many expected him to be nothing more than a 'transitional champion', keeping the gold warm until someone more experienced steps up to claim it.

Since then he has (albeit with a touch of luck) kept hold of the gold despite challenges from Orton and Cena, but this match will be 'his biggest test'.

The creative team clearly see something special in Sheamus and he seems to be improving week on week, so leaving the belt on him and booking him at Mania against Edge or Triple H could well be the plan, if they have faith in him to 'run with the ball'.

Predictions for the WWE Championship Match at Elimination Chamber 2010

In years previous the WWE Universe usually has a good idea what matches will be set for WrestleMania by the time No Way Out (now Elimination Chamber) rolls around, but this year there are so many things still up in the air, which makes this match even harder to call.

The gamblers bet would have to be on Ted DiBiase, but the safe money (if there is such a thing in this match) would have to be on a Sheamus title defence.
